Current Service Rates

– 1st half-hour: $160.00

– Per hour rate: $100.00 (after 1st half hour, including return trips to complete unfinished service calls, per man/per hour).

– Parts and Chemicals are not included in rates.

– Temporary Charges currently in effect: $5 fuel surcharge.

– Emergency Rate: $90 to ring the doorbell and time and a half on the service rates

– Warranty trip charges: $50 if purchased from Arvidsons. $100 if bought elsewhere, After the first year: $100

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any scheduled service appointment needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a minimum service charge if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

– Pool Weekly Service: Ranges from $130-$150

– Pool Bi-Weekly Service: Ranges from $160-$180

– Hot Tub Weekly Service: $95

– Hot Tub Bi-Weekly Service: $105

– Combos (pool with hot tub): Weekly Ranges from $160-$175 and Bi-Weekly Ranges from $170-$195

– Closing and Winterizing Spas (Drain, Blow & Antifreeze) – Call for info.
– Drain and Clean Spa – $200
– Drain, Clean & Refill Spa – $275
– Open Spa – $320 – See our opening agreement.

Sand Filter Media Change (Recommended every 3 years or as needed):
– 19” Tank – $281.33
– 21” Tank – $410.55
– 24” Tank – $522.66
– 30” Tank – $720.37

Zeobrite Filter Media Change (Recommended every 3 years or as needed):
– 19” Tank – $320.92
– 21” Tank – $486.52
– 24” Tank – $604.62
– 30” Tank – $863.91

Flat Rate Service is also available for Hot Spring Spa equipment replacements. Please contact us for further information.

Service Warranty Policy

All repair work is warranted for labor for six months from date of completion. New Parts and Equipment are subject to manufacturer specifications and warranties.

This Warranty is automatically null and void if either of the following applies:

1. Payment is not received upon services rendered.
2. Misuse, abuse, or neglect by customer, including chemical imbalance.
