Pool Closing 2024

Dear Arvidson Service Customer:
All of us at Arvidson Pools & Spas hope you’ve had a great summer and have enjoyed all the benefits of swimming pool ownership again this year. As we transition to cooler weather, it’s now a good time to begin planning the
winterization of your backyard oasis.

Arvidson’s is pleased to offer you the following 2024 Pool Closing Service contract. Please note these important reminders regarding closing your pool:

● Read thoroughly all of the details and conditions of the work that we will perform within the scope of the Agreement.
● Always leave your pool pump running during cold weather to protect your pool from freezing conditions prior to the proper completion of the closing.
● Any work we are requested or required to perform out of that described in the Agreement will be billed to you in addition to the price you paid when you submitted your Agreement.
● Please return your Agreement as soon as possible. Our Closing Calendar fills up quickly, and scheduling requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
● As our winterizing services are in great demand, our ability to welcome new customers to our winterizing schedule may be limited. If Arvidson hasn’t winterized your pool in the past, we may need additional information about your pool, and depending on the circumstances of your pool and our ability to accommodate new customers into our schedule, we reserve the right to decline your Agreement after receiving it. All declined Winterizing Agreements will be notified within 72 hours of receipt, and a full refund will be issued.

Thank you for your patronage this year. It’s always our goal to provide the best service experience each and every time, and we look forward to helping you winterize your pool this fall and reopening it again next spring.

Regards,
