Loyalty Program Rules & Restrictions
Members will earn one point for every dollar spent on retail purchases. Hot tubs, swim spas, above ground pools and equipment, saunas, and patio furniture are excluded.
Points are not earned on service agreements and custom pool construction projects.
Points accrue until a customer reaches 100 points in their account at which time a $5 credit will be applied and points will reset to zero. Credits expire 12 months from the date they are posted to an account.
