Dear Arvidson Pools & Spas Customers,
As the days grow longer and the temperatures begin to rise, we’re looking forward to the joys of summer. At Arvidson Pools & Spas, we’re excited to help you prepare for another season of fun and relaxation.
We encourage you to review the agreement and submit yours as soon as possible. Due to high demand, our schedules fill up quickly, and submitting your agreement early increases the likelihood that we can accommodate your preferred opening dates.
If you’d prefer to submit a paper version of the agreement, you can download it from our website, visit one of our showrooms, or call our office at 815-459-0660.

Option #1: Complete the Online Pool Opening Agreement
This option allows you to complete your agreement electronically and pay with a credit card. (No PayPal account is required).
Option #2: Print the Pool Opening Agreement
For this option, print the Pool Opening Agreement which may then be completed and dropped off at (or mailed to) any of our three store locations with a payment by credit card, check or cash.
