What’s included in the Arvidson Pool Maintenance Agreement?
- Vacuuming & skimming as necessary
- Cleaning & emptying of baskets
- Brushing of tile/water line
- Test water & add chemicals
- Cleaning filter as necessary
- Checking equipment
- Cleaning automatic cleaner bag
- General area clean-up
Choose from the following services:
- Weekly Service ($130-150 per visit, plus chemicals)
- Bi-Weekly Service ($160-180 per visit, plus chemicals)
*All contracts over 25 miles from our Crystal Lake location are subject to an additional $20 trip charge per visit.
What’s included in the Arvidson Spa Maintenance Agreement?
- Brushing water line
- Skim debris from the surface
- Wipe down the spa cover
- Test water & add chemicals
- Remove & clean filters
- General area clean-up
Choose from the following services:
- Weekly Service ($100 per visit, plus chemicals)
- Bi-Weekly Service ($110 per visit, plus chemicals)
*All contracts over 25 miles from our Crystal Lake location are subject to an additional $20 trip charge per visit.

- At the store, a full staff of experienced professionals schedule, route and supply parts and equipment. This helps us make sure your repair is not delayed by a missing part. You can count on our office team to provide the necessary back-up support to the technician’s on-site needs.
- Today’s advancements in technology make us more responsive than ever before. We connect our technicians via laptops and smart phones to our office. We quickly update customers and the store of any on-site needs and or changes to the schedule, etc.
- The company’s sizable investment in shop and warehouse facilities, trucks, communications equipment, tools, and replacement parts make us fully prepared to handle any pool or hot tub owner’s needs. We do it quickly so you can get back to enjoying your pool or hot tub with the least amount of downtime.
